Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

I had posted this question but failed to add a word. I was under 18.

I was sent those credit card offers while I was under 18. I got a few and being a teen I signed up. Now I have credit card debit. My question is am I liable for it. Since I was underage, is there any way to escape the debt? Or am I stuck paying it?

You should really see an attorney to discuss whether you can dispute these debts; this is not a simple Q&A matter. There are a lot of laws to comply with when lending, and contracts with minors are generally not enforceable against the minor.
