Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

Sold $15,000.00 worth of horse stalls to company in New York stalls were delivered to farm customer of theirs in Georgia .Haven't got any money from 1st company.Are the stalls still property of my company do i need court order to go get them.If the farm in georgia paid the company in new york do she go back to them for recorce ???

Thank you for your question. In short, the answer relies largely in part on the terms and conditions of your sales agreement or invoice. If those documents don't provide for some sort of interest, you can file what is known as a "replevin" action. This would compel the company in possession of the stalls to return them to you.
