Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I am being accused of rape. My ex wife is saying on a public website that I raped her anally. What happened in the day in questions was she was on her period, and I asked her for sex. She acquiesed to anal (which we had done several times before and she enjoyed). When she got uncomfortable and asked me to stop, I had an orgasm and we were finished nonetheless. We were married two years longer and it was not a good marriage, but nothing along those lines happened, and we had several consensual sex sessions afterward, including anal. I need to know if I am guilty and should turn myself in, or if I am not and should sue her for slander.
