Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
My boyfriend was arrested as was charged with felony possession of a weapon. It was a sawed-off shotgun, the barrel was less than 18inches. The gun was in his ,house but it is not his. His bond is 75,000 is their anything that we can do?
