Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

I was placed under court supervision in 2006 for theft of parking cones. The case was dismissed after the court supervision and no conviction is entered however I can easily pull it up through the county records. I have to fill out a pre-employment conviction and I do not know what I should put. The Exact question is: Have you ever been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor or received a deferred or suspended sentence of any kind in a court of law? Please include all D.U.I.s / D.W.I.s. Do not list convictions or arrests for which records have been sealed or expunged.

How much information should I divulge.

If the case and arrest has not been expunged, then you still have an existing arrest record. Call me at 312-372-5600 to discuss further.
