Re: extradiction

This person, whether its your friend or yourself, should find a way to hire an experienced criminal defense attorney in the County where the current criminal charges are pending. If you don't know one, you may find some leads on the internet (lawyers.com, findlaw.com, martindalehubbell.com, etc.)Or, you may call the local bar association in that county and inquire. A good local lawyer may be able to enter his appearance as your attorney, arrange a bond, present a defense or negotiate a plea bargain, and expedite the process for you or your friend. Good luck.
