Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

ok iam 28 years old and i just got two years probation 100 hours of community service a $500 fine plus court cost plus random drug and alcohol testing for obstructing a peice officer when i was drunk and walking home and i dnt even remeber doin wat i did cause i was so drunk was just wondering i feel that a big punishment for something like that and that has only happened once i never go to the bar hardly and the one time i did this happened now im not allowed to drink and have to do regular D/A testing?

just went to court today and took the plea bargain from states attourney 2 years probation regular d/a testing $500 fine plus court cost 100 hrs. comm. service

for the charge of obstructing a peace officer i do have a criminal background but it has been six years since i have been in any kind of trouble can i appeal the decision though i took the plea and if i did wat is the likely scenerio of that?
