Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

is it illegal for a 17 yr old girl to date a 27 yr guy. Under constant supervision no sex no contact. Never allowed alone or on dates. planning on marriage. Mother has custody and is ok with it Father who has no contact with daughter is making problems is this wrong of these two.

At 17 she is still a minor. There may be no criminal issues - I do not know - there may be criminal issues - Dad could call the police. At 17 they may do nothing. It is unlikely that a court will do anything about a 17 year old.
