Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Vindictive ex-girlfriend filed false O.P. against me and is threatening to charge me with more serious crime. I live all alone and would have nobody to vouch for me. How can I protect myself and prove I was at home? I'm semi disabled and rarely leave my home and she knows it. What can I do to prove I was at home?
