Legal Question in DUI Law in Illinois

under age drinking and driving

I'm an 18 yr old female I've had 1 DUI when I was 17, my license are revoked and I got 18 mon. probation. That was in Jan of 99, I just got in trouble again. Driving while revoked, consumption, trans, and zero tolorence. I was wondering how long I will be without a license and if there is anything that I can do to get around this because there may have been some flaws in the arrest. Not saying that i didn't do it. What do you think will happen

Re: under age drinking and driving

Being female has nothing to do with your problems, and believe me, you have serveral.

Of course, probable cause issues and "flaws" in the arrest do have an impact on your situation. The only way these "flaws" can be properly evaluated by any lawyer is at an office conference at the lawyer's office. You should call a lawyer in your locale and get an office appointment as soon as possible, as you have a ticking clock regarding some of what needs to be done for your case. And, lawyers always appreciate having an adequate amount of time to work up a defense.

If you cannot prevail in your case, it is likely that your license will be revoked for the statutory period of time. In this event, I would investigate public transportation for getting around. I understand that this can be a problem in rural areas.

Good luck!!
