Legal Question in DUI Law in Illinois

what to do if your licsense are revoked?

I got my second DUI when I was 19 they told me that my licsense would be suspended for a year. I just found out that my licsense were not suspend they are revoked. I just turned 22 the end of January. I have not been in any trouble sense receiving my second DUI 2 years ago. I just want to know what can I do to get my licsense back as soon as possible. Will it help my cause if I hire an attorney? Or will hiring an attorney just be a waste of my time an money? I would greatly appreciate any knowledge that you could give me to help me with getting my licsense back thank you.

You need to be represented by an attorney experienced in front of the Secretary of State. I have never known of anyone to successfully have driving privileges restored without the expertise of an attorney. There are far too many pitfalls and the examining board can be quite abrasive. If you are serious about having your driving privileges restored, hire an attorney. Feel free to contact my office.

Hello. In my opinion, you will certainly benefit from the assistance of any attorney. Trying to represent yourself places you in a situation where you are psychologically at a disadvantage. It will be necessary for you to contact the Illinois Secretary of State for reinstatement of your license. This is a "big deal"

and it will take some time. I will be

happy to discuss this with you further and in more detail. I hope that my comments here have been helpful.
