Legal Question in DUI Law in Illinois

Received 3rd DUI in IL - 2 Reckless Convictions in MO

What am I up against? 1st (2) DUI received in early 80's - will I do jail time? Currently out on bond. Exploring options that are open to me. I've been excepted into a rehab clinic that will begin in a couple of days.

There is the real possibility of a felony upgrade that carries the potential of 1 to 3 years in prison. It is important to have counsel who understands the approach that will be taken by the state in this matter. If you wish to talk over your case, please call at 312-719-5959, that is my partner Bill Raines who does most of our defense work related to felony DUI's.

Hello. My best advice to you is to get a lawyer

as soon as possible. The history of the charges

against you is serious. It needs to be cleaned

up. The State is more strict now on DUI's and

the judges have less ability, because of the law,

to permit as many plea agreements. I will be

happy to answer any additional questions you might

have. There is a 3 step approach to dealing with

your matter.
