Re: Violation of Conditional Discharge

You have two serious problems. One is the revocation of your conditional discharge. The second is the driving on revoked case. Regarding the conditional discharge, upon a finding of violation the judge can resentence you to anything he could have sentenced you originally. This includes up to a year in jail. Regarding the new charge, that on its own is a Class A misdemeanor, which carries a fine of up to $2500 and/or up to 364 days in jail. You certainly need an attorney.
