Legal Question in Education Law in Illinois

Certifications
I own my own company and have created a technique that is used in the dental office to relax patients, all within my scope of practice. I am now ''certifying'' others in this technique that includes aromatherapy, touch therapy and other educational information....Can I give them a Certification Course for this technique that I have created and teach? What makes one certified?

Hello. It is important that you verify that this therapy complies with Illinois regulatory laws. This should be researched carefully before

you begin a certification process. The Illinois Department of Professional Regulations would be the

best place to start, in my opinion.
