Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Illinois

I'm making a short film, and one of the actors is 17. She's a last minute replacement for someone else. The character is early 20's. It's a comedy horror. There are two brief shots in which she appears in her underwear. Neither one has any sexual context to them. My question is: is this legal or does that violate child pornography laws? Also, the girl has a child, and someone told me that makes her an emancipated adult. Don't if that's true or If that makes any difference. Thanks.

Having a child or even being emancipated does not make a difference. I would suggest you avoid the situation. I cannot imagine that this "two brief shots" would be worth the possibility of being charged with a crime.
