If I'm 15 and about to be a dad do I have to pay child support if I'm still with her and want to support the baby?

You will always be subject to paying child support regardless. However given your age, the the likely fact that you are living with one parent or the the other, you should contact an attorney to guide you through the process. You should also request a DNA test prior to signing the Acknowledgement of Parentage at the hospital at the time the child is born. Once you sign that you are committed to 18 years of child support. Since you are underage, if you and your girlfriend breakup or she moves back in with her parents, you will most likely have difficult even seeing your child and you will need an attorney to establish visitation rights. Get a lawyer now, do not wait until the child is born.
