Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

In 2004 I divorced my husband, in the divorce decree he was ordered to pay $2000.00 for a bill, he never paid the bill, I motioned the case back to court on 09/10/2013. I received a new court date for 10/21/2013 and all parties had to be present. My exhusband was ordered again to pay the bill. I agreed to a payment plan with him and the judge signed off on the enforced order. Now my question is how long does he have from the day the order was enforced to start making payments? If that time passes how and what steps do I take from there?

You should have written that into the order. If you did not, you should file a Motion to Modify the last order and ask the court to set a repayment date, and interest from 2004 for the non-payment.
