Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I am 6.5 months pregnant by my ex-boyfriend. He broke up with me while I was almost 7 weeks pregnant. He has denied the paternity of the child. We became a couple of Feb 18, 2010. He broke up with me April 14, 2010 via text because I told him I was going to keep the baby. We've had intercourse Feb 23, 28 March 2,3,7, 8, 14, 15,21 and April 6, 2010. All of those times no protection was used. I've asked that he take a paternity test and he has informed me that he won't. I would like to know how can I get a court ordered paternity test?

Absolutely. You will need to go to court and file a Paternity action. To be honest, if he is unemployed and has no means of income, there is no pressure to really go after him yet. If he has a job, you should hire an attorney to get child support and other child related expenses (like daycare and so on)
