I need an attorney to get the 401 k that I got from my divorce?

That may be true. If you were awarded a portion of your former husband's 401, a Domestic Relations Order needs to be prepared, signed by the court and served upon the plan administrator. An attorney skilled in that process needs to be found and paid.
