child support

my partner is currently in divorce preceedings. we have found out that we are expecting a child. his wife wants 50.00 a week. will her order be granted over mine for child support.

does "over mine" mean you are petitioning the court for child support from your current partner?

Generally, the court will not let subsequent (younger) children affect the distribution dictated by statute. Thus the younger child usually gets a little less.
