Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I have had a court order for child support since April 2002 where 20% is allocated to go to my daughter. Her father is currently going through a divorce in which he had an additional 4 children. Will the 20% court order be changed due to the additional 4 children he had with his wife?

No, the dollar amount and the percentage for your child should not be affected by his divorce action. His other wife however will take child support subject to your support, in other words, when calucating his net income for child support for the 4 other children, he will be able to deduct your child supports from his net income.
