over 5 years ago i was pregnant with my 2nd child with no job and getting ready to be evicted out of my home when i decided that the best optoin for my 1st child was to live with her father who had a very good job and was doing really well we went through the joint custody which he is the primary care giver butr now that im back on my feet and have a really good job he is not doing so well do you think i would have a chance at getting full custody because i chose what i though was the best option for her 5 years ago or do you think i should even try?

Who has the better job is not really important for who would be the better parent. If the child is settled in with the other parent, you will need to show why it is better for the child to come live with you.
