Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My daughters father is to cover her on health ins and pay 100% of whatever the ins don't pay. He don't have full coverage on her its just a discount plan and says thats all he needs to have on her so I want to know if that is true. Also he says he don't have to pay for her medication, dental or vision so is that true?

Depends on what is in the Judgment or Order that was entered requiring him to pay.
