Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Per my divorcee decree, my girls father is supposed to take them every other weekend and has done this for 12 years. We live in Illinois and he just moved to Arizona without modifying the court order. What do I do?

The law cannot force a parent to exercise his visitation. It is his loss as it will effect the parent/child relationship. He still has to pay his support.
