Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

If I drop off daughter 1 to 1 1/2 hrs late per Judgment will NCP have the right to do the same on Sunday night? NCP has been advised of school hours and is aware of the distance between the residences, However refuses to work this out with me, and insist that the Judgment be followed. I am currently preparing "Motion to Modify Visitation" and have not yet filled. I have sole and legal custody. Court is in down town Chicago.

Why are you all of a sudden dropping off the child late? He is entitled to his time. You can not unilaterally change the times. If you are dropping off that late, and you have a good reason, then he may be entitled to deliver later. If school ends at 4 and drop off time is 630, for example, you may have to show why it takes over 2 1/2 hours to get to the drop off place. One get to Wisconsin in 2 1/2 hours, even on a Friday.
