Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My ex fiancee is planning on coming after me for child support, however there was never a DNA test done nor is my name on the birth certificate. Ive been just giving her money, not yhrough the state but my current wife and I want to go for full custody because of my ex's situation. She biunces around from state to state, guy to guy, whoever will pay for her and her 4 soon to be 5 kids. What would my options be?

You have the right to seek a determination as to whether the child is yours, then you have a right, if the child is yours, to seek an allocation of parenting time so that the child is with you (there is no such thing as custody in IL anymore). That assumes that the child is in IL in the first place. That is not clear from your posting IF oyu are determined to be the father and the child is not in your possession, you will be ordered to pay child support.
