Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

good morning. Recently divorce (November 09') and was wanting to know if there was any certain timeline that my ex-wife has to claim the personal property that is still at my house? I've asked numerous times for her to come get it, and obviously it's still there. I reside in IL. Thanks.

It depends on what the judgment says. If she is refusing to pick the stuff up, file a motion seeking enforcement of the terms or court permission to throw out the stuff.
