Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My husband was divorced in 2005. It says he is supposed to give her a copy of his W-2's every year but he never did and she never asked for them. Now it's 2017 and his support is terminating and she filed a Rule to Show Cause to hold him in contempt for not showing her his W-2's. She claims she asked him every single year for 12 years. She NEVER did. Can she get away with recalculating his support back every year for the past 13 years? Also, my husband was supposed to claim my step daughter on his taxes in even years and she always took his tax exemption. He never claimed her.

He knew that he was under an order of court to turn over copies of his W-2s each year. She was not required to ask him for them. The fact that she did not ask is legally of little consequence. So yes she ma well be able to get away with it.
