Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

How do I get a judge to give me a court date for motion to interve gaurdianship of minor child that I filed at court house who do ask for the date and theres a hearing scheduled for sept 6th 2017 thats what I want to intervene

It is up to you to motion up the case to seek a hearing. Merely filing a pleading does not get you a court date.You have to prepare and be able to mail out a Notice of Motion to the attorneys on the other side of the case giving them notice of the court date.
