Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

The judge has ordered me to pay my daughters father traveling expenses because he chose to move away and then I'm requested supervised visits which means he has to cone here and visit with his daughter at his moms house I asked for supervised visits because my daughter would come home bruised every time she had a visit with him at the time she was only two and could not talk but would always scream and cry when it was time to visit with her father ? I'm wondering is the judge being unfair ? He never asked if I was working or anything this father does not pay child support but I have to pay him to see his daughter?

If you want supervised visitation, Many judges will order you to pay the cost of supervision. You have no direct proof he is doing anything wrong to your daughter. She may be falling in somewhat rough play, but that is not abuse in an of itself. You have given the judge enough to raise the concern, but not enough to justify he should pay for all the expense.
