Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My marital settlement agreement stated that I receive maintainance until I reach age 65 and I quote: "The provisions of Article II shall not be subject to modification in any respect whatsoever with the expection to the terms found within Article II of this agreement and current statutory law". I I remarry or cohabitate can this payment stop?
