Moving

My sons father lives in Chicago and my boyfriend is in the army and is stationed in GA i would like to move down there with my son but is that at all possible with my sons dad being here and he has joint custody.

Probably not if the only reason you want to go to GA is to be with your boyfriend. The court will likely find that it is better for the child to see his father, than you get to spend more time with your current boyfriend.
