Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I recieved my divorce last October 2014 but I have not reieved my divorce papers as yet. When I went to the courthouse records they said the document was impounded and I can't get a copy of my divorce. I live in Madison County, IL. Is there anything I can do? I also have not rceeived my child custody agreement. He molested his and my 2 year old daughter in 2012. My ex was granted 1 hour a month supervised vi

If you were truly divorced in Oct 2014, your lawyer should have given you a copy of the order. If the file is impounded, then you have to make a motion and serve a copy on your ex,asking for an order directing the clerk to provide you with a certified copy upon payment of the required fee.
