Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My son was enrolled at the University of Colorado in Boulder, CO at the time of my divorce from his father in April 2010. Around June 2010, at age 21, my son dropped out of college and moved back to Collinsivlle, IL. He has, for the past 4 3/4 years lived on his own and held a job. He does not have and does not want a relationship with me so I do not have details other than this. Now at age 25, my son has enrolled in college at Washington University in St. Louis. My question is, am I legally responsible for 1/2 of his tuition if he has been acting as an emancipated adult for the past 4 1/2 years and will be age 26 in April 2015?

Highly unlikely, but depending on the language of your judgment possible. I would think 4 1/2 years of emancipation would cut the umbilical cord, but anything is legally possible.
