Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Hi My name is Tatiana Buford and my husband is goign through the worst child support issue ever. He has been divorced way over 10 years and has since married me 2 years ago but he has a daughter with his ex spouse in which he pays child support for faithfully and provide health cvg per divorce decree. I want to know when we move to Georgia from Illinois what rights does his ex spouse have far as her constantly motioning him to court. By us moving to Georgia July 1st 2014 if she motions up the court to try to get more money will he be held liable if he doesn't show up? Can he have a warrant out for his arrest in Illinois if his ex-spouse motions a court date and not the state of Illinois? Can she try to get a child support order on my husband in Georgia as well? She's not a resient of GA she is of IL but I don't put nothing pass this lady. Thank you

You should contact an attorney in your area as soon as possible. Don't wait until the moving vans show up. Certainly, if your husband is changing jobs, his child support will be effected.
