Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

In an uncontested divorce in Illinois being done Pro Se, is child support arrears (no current support) considered a debt or does it have to be specifically mentioned in order for the payments to continue?

"Pro Se" means that a person is representing himself or herself. If that person can not do so, that person should hire an attorney. It is ALWAYS a mistake to represent yourself.
