Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Visitation

My husband, the ncp was granted visitation rights when he and ex divorced 4 years ago. Last year we moved out of state for job purposes. Because of the distance, my husband cannot visit according to the terms of the Order. Is he in violation of the Order because he doesn't visit? Is visitation his right?

Re: Visitation

Normally, a motion should be filed to revise the visitation schedule to have a month in the summer and short periods of visitation on some other significant holiday, including the school's Spring break.
