Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

We are working in an amicable divorce and have agreed on everything so far. We r just wondering what is the general idea if percentage of maintenance he should pay in Illinois. We have three kids and he will be paying the child support and keeping the house. We want it to be fair and not be too much of his pay but enough for the kids and I to live. He makes 98,900 a year and she makes 20,000. We know there is not a direct formula but we need an idea

Talk to your own lawyer about this. If you do not have an attorney, hire one now. Your attorney will protect your legal rights while you go through an "amicable" divorce and will be well worth whatever leg fees you might incur.
