I had to take time off due to my granddaughter being in a 4 wheeler accident. My employer had laid me off and when they called me back the week of the accident, with a job offer I went under FMLA. If I call my employer tell them I can come back now 6 weeks later, and they don't have a job for me can I collect unemployment?
