Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

do have a case against these people
I would like to know if I have a case against QVC for making a force withdraw out of my check account for $1850.00. I canceled an order on 11-08-08 and 12-12-08 I received an email addressed to a Joyce, who I don't know and then on 12-5-08 I was called by my bank advising me that the money was a force withdraw and there was nothing they could do to stop it. I called QVC who told me there was nothing they could do unless they had the item back which I never got and they didn't know who sent it or even had a tracking number for it. This went on for almost 2 weeks, on 12-22-08 I contacted the vice pres. of QVC and she told me the same thing and it even showed that the order was canceled but there was nothing they could do unless they had the item back. On Tuesday 12-23-08 I contacted her back and she again advised me there was nothing they could do and that the item was not located yet. I advised her that I have made an appointment to speak with a lawyer and ended the call. Within 10 mins she contacted me back advised that the item had just been found and that an refund would be issued and all my bank fee's would be paid. I have received the refunded money but is there anything else I an do for my self against these people for doing

If you have received a refund and haven't really lost anything other than time, you're probably pretty much done.

You are fortunate that you did not have to spend any money on an attorney or on filing a lawsuit.
