Common walls.
One face of a common wall has become exposed to the elements. What obligation, if any, does the owner of that side of the wall have toward maintaining it to prevent damage to the other owner�s side?

Usually one must maintain a common wall, however, doublecheck the initial common wall agreement to determine the exact conditions.
