Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

Franchises

I had signed up for classes with an IT training facility at the beginning of the year. They did not fullfill the contract that I signed and now the franchise is closing does the parent company have any responsibility towards the contract?

Re: Franchises

The short answer is that it depends. I would have to see the contract you signed, but parent companies are often liable for the acts of their franchisees. If you want to talk about a possible lawsuit, please feel free to give us a call.
