Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois
When I was a minor I was in an accident with the Chicago Transit. The accident resulted in a settlement when I turned 18. For twenty years I've asked my aunt for my money that was stolen from me. Now that her health is bad, how do I get my money or what steps are needed. I've contacted the transit to see if they have records or is it to late. I reside in Illinois.
