Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

I have a settlement under a alias name...an i put it in my lawyers acc. Can they granish my money from his acc. I won a lawsuit an sign my check over to my lawyer ..but know he dont know if they can granish him an if he give me my money would he get in trouble i real need to know i have a different lawyer fighting da case with my debt collectors...can anyone put a lien on his acc.

If the attorney holds your funds in a client trust account, then a judgment creditor can attempt to garnish the account much like any bank account.
