What is the statute of limitations on medical bills that can be sued for in small claims?

In Illinois the statute of limitation for personal injury is 2 years.

If you are talking about a contractual relationship, the statute may be different. If you are talking about medical bills due for a workers compensation, once again there is a different statute.
