Legal Question in Health Care Law in Illinois

How do I contest a Statutory Durable Power of Attorney? My Mother signed this document after she was diagnosed with Alzheimers with Dementia and in a care facility in Texas. Not ready to hire an attorney at this point. I don't qualify for Legal Aid in Texas because I live in Illinois. My mother signed this document in 2006. She passed away in 2013. The holder (a relative) will not tell me anything about what he has done with her assets. I know he has sold her home thanks to public records.
