Latangie Williams Law Office of Latangie Williams, P.A.

When your mom becomes a citizen, she can apply for you to receive your greencard. Once you have your greencard, you can petition for your wife. Please contact my office at 904-576-2581 or email me at [email protected] for a free consultation and to discuss whether you and/or your wife may need waivers of inadmissibility as well. If your mom needs assistance, please have her call as well. We can probably start your paperwork, so that as soon as your mom naturalizes, we can submit your paperwork with her naturalization certificate.
