Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois

My Daughter from INDIA came to CHICAGO,USA on Dependent VISA.
Due to Domestic violence she made an attempt of suicide by taking sleeping pills meanwhile the house in which she was staying caught fire due to a candle besides her .She tried to stop the spreading of fire (Might be Intentionally she kept the Fire or not we don't know). The police admitted into Advocate GOOD SAMARITAN HOSPITAL DOWNERS GROVE,3815,Highland Avenue,IL-60515 .Her husband "Deserted" after handing over her Passport & VISA to the Police. All her jewelry, Money & Certificates are with her Husband.
The police have taken her to custody and produced before court
Suggest me good Advocate in Chicago.
If it was intentional act of Firing the house what will the penalty??
What will be the Bail amount??
