Documents Required
I am sending my 3 year old son with my father to India. What documents I need to give my father to take my son with him.

Give him the boy's passport, and write a letter stating that you are the boy's parent and that you grant your father permission to take the boy out of country. Include your contact information in the letter. I might also suggest that you have it notarized.
