Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois

I have been married for 4.5 years, to my husband who is a US citizen, I have only had my green-card for 2 years. My green card is unconditional (IR1). We are going through a divorce currently (in-reconcilable differences) I am thinking of getting married with someone else outside USA. My question is am I going to run into any problems during the processes, and how long with it take to bring my future spouse in the USA ?
